John quickly identified my fault from bunkers and provided a clear and simple fix. This gave me loads of confidence and now I almost want to hit it in the sand!!

30 minutes with John is an absolute delight. He is clearly a high quality coach with true expertise but still enjoys helping us average golfers. He is very positive and encouraging, just giving one or two pieces of advice and areas to work on, never overloading with too much technical details, but enough to be helpful. He is an expert communicator and teacher. I could not recommend him more highly.

I check-in with John periodically and as always he provides straightforward, targeted info that's easy to implement and retain. Highly recommended.

John has a rare gift amongst teachers, to make learning both simple and fun. Lessons with him follow a consistent and productive pattern - he watches, he queries, then he suggests. Then as if by magic - what you want to achieve happens.
He has also mastered the SIM technology at Cumberwell to a point that allows him to show you just what you need to know, not everything that you could be told. That makes a big difference.
For me John is head and shoulders above any other coach I’ve worked with, and I always look forward to my next lesson with him.
